Yaduvendra Mathur

Mr. Yaduvendra Mathur brings 40 years of diverse experience in development and institutional finance at senior policy-making levels in India and international business. He served as CMD of Export-Import Bank of India and Secretary to the Government of India at NITI Aayog. With expertise in infrastructure project financing, he has led critical initiatives at Exim Bank and various Public Sector Organizations. Mr. Mathur represented India at multilateral development financial institutions and held significant roles in the Energy and Finance departments of Rajasthan. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Consulting Engineers Group, coordinates for Africa at the International Solar Alliance, and holds positions on the boards of listed and unlisted companies/NBFCs. A seasoned professional, he has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and an MBA, and his career spans the private sector and various civil services roles.

P. V. Rao

Mr. P.V. Rao, a retired Chief Commissioner of Income Tax and seasoned IRS officer, has had a distinguished career in both public and private sectors. Presently serving as an Independent External Monitor appointed by the Government of India, he oversees Mazagaon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd and holds advisory roles in Aeries Technology Ltd, Sujith Foundation, and Kaligotla Snigdha Foundation. With vast experience in domestic and international taxation, Mr. Rao has represented the government before parliamentary committees and served as a Member of the Union of India representing before FATF. His earlier roles include monitoring government undertakings and contributing to the State Bank of India in various capacities. His career reflects a commitment to transparency, governance, and public service.

SRINIVAS NIDUMOLU

Srini has 15+ years of industry experience spanning US and India primarily in BFSI and e-commerce space. Srini did his M.S from Illinois State University (Computer Science) and B.E in Production Engineering from Osmania University. His passions include keeping abreast with various technology trends and trying some that interest him.

MANINDER SINGH PASRICHA

Maninder has 19 years of Experience in sales and marketing. He brings along with him experience of setting up start-ups and scaling businesses. He was part of the core team in Freecharge that was instrumental in setting up and scaling its business before it was finally sold to Snap deal. Prior to Freecharge, Maninder has worked in several reputed companies like Gillette, Castrol India, Sify Ltd, Oxigen and has handled various roles in sales, marketing and operations.

HARSHAL KAMBLE

Manager – Customer Service

Harshal manages the customer support function of CASHe. She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained professional with 6+ years of experience in driving various projects to improve performance metrics, primarily in BPO and ITeS space. She holds a MBA in marketing from Pune University.

P. S. Reddy

Mr Reddy commenced his career with the State Bank of India, whereafter he moved to Citibank to set up and head the Investment Bank for South India. He then moved on to head Western India. While at Citibank he was engaged in raising equity from the domestic and overseas markets for Indian corporates and was involved in the issuance of Bonds by the Indian Public Sector Companies and was also active in the acquisitions and divestitures space.

Mr Reddy set up First Securities P Ltd, an equity broking firm on the major exchanges which grew to be one of the largest retail brokerages in Bangalore in early 2000’s. He also built an Investment Banking advisory firm focussed towards mid sized and family owned businesses. He was also an active venture investor in the technology space and a late stage investor focussed on special situations.

Vijay Wadhi

Mr. Vijay Wadhi, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience, started his career as a partner of Wipro after completing his post-graduation in Management. He founded Silicon Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, adapting to technological shifts and eventually leading the company to a successful sale. In 2000, he established Locuz Enterprise Solutions Limited, which, under his leadership, has grown into a global team of 900 professionals specializing in cutting-edge IT infrastructure technology services. In 2008, Locuz became part of a listed company, introducing governance standards through a professional board of directors. Returning to private status in 2019, the practice of a governing board with independent directors continued, upholding the highest standards of compliance and governance. Locuz has been recently acquired by a large US based multinational company, and Vijay continues to be at the helm of Locuz’ operations. Mr. Vijay is known for his versatility, engaging in all aspects of business strategy and management, and is described as multidisciplinary, honest, candid, frugal and people-friendly.
